III

I watch the raindrops fall,
And see everything,
Leaf and limb - soothe me,
Blades of grass and stone - alike,
All of life beneath the canopy;
A sky, moist with kisses wets our hands,
Drops, lost in a moving stream,
Found in the warmth of our bodies.
